Underground passages. Podziemne przejscia

A set of underground passages connects the Central Train Station to the Centrum metro stop. You do have to cut through the train platform of the Srodmiescie railway stop though. These passages are wonderful and cozy in the winter and pretty hot and oppresive in the summer. Here you can gamble in slot machines, eat cuisine from around the world, get your sugar fix with heart shaped lollypops, buy old books, new clothes, body-building powders, sunglasses, pretty much anything. They are a great way to deal with the cold, wet weather that dominates Warsaw in the fall, winter and spring.  My biggest gripe is the poor signage because you don't always have time to get lost in this maze.
